All prices are in FJD and include taxes.
Tours are subject to weather and trail conditions.
Drivers must bring a valid licence.
Arrive 10 minutes early for safety briefing and prep.
All participants must sign a Liability Waiver Form before riding.
Riders agree to follow tour guide instructions and drive safely.
Off Road Expedition Fiji is not liable for injuries, lost belongings, or damage caused by negligence.
Guests are encouraged to have personal travel or health insurance.
Riders are responsible for any damage to the ATV caused during the tour.
A valid credit or debit card is required if the customer opts into the bond policy.
A non-refundable bond processing fee of $40.00 FJD.
A pre-authorised hold of $3,000.00 FJD on the customer’s credit or debit card, which serves as a security deposit. This hold will be automatically released after completion of the tour, provided there is no damage to any equipment or breach of safety rules or terms.
Inappropriate or dangerous behaviour may result in removal from the tour.
All credit card transactions are subject to a 5% surcharge, which is applied to the total booking amount. By proceeding with payment, the customer agrees to this surcharge.
Off Road Expedition Fiji is a cashless business. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and approved digital payment methods only. Cash will not be accepted under any circumstances..
More than 48 hours before tour: Full refund or free date change (subject to availability).
Less than 48 hours before tour / No-show: 100% cancellation fee applies; no refund.
Off Road Expedition Fiji reserves the right to cancel or postpone tours due to bad weather, safety concerns, mechanical issues, or operational requirements.
If the operator cancels, guests may choose a full refund or reschedule at no extra cost.
Cancellation terms may differ for bookings made through OTAs, hotels, or travel agents.
If you booked through a third party, please refer to their cancellation policy
Refunds can take 10–20 working days depending on the payment method and bank.
Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.
We collect basic information (name, email, phone, address) solely for processing your booking, sending updates, and ensuring your safety during the tour.
Your information will never be shared or sold to third parties. It is stored securely and only accessed by Off Road Expedition Fiji staff.
You can request to view or delete your data at any time by contacting us at booking@offroadexpeditionfiji.com.
