Q: Do I need a license to ride?
A: Yes, all drivers must have a valid license (learner, provisional, or full) and present it on the day of the tour. We’ll sight your license and take a copy for our records before you ride. Passengers don’t need a license unless they want to drive.
Q: What ages can join the tours?
A: Drivers need to be 16 or older. Passengers must be at least 7 and fit safely in the gear. Kids under 16 must be with a parent or guardian.
Q: What should I wear?
A: Closed shoes and clothes you don’t mind getting dirty. Sunglasses and sunscreen are recommended. Helmets and gloves are provided.
Q: How do I book?
A: Fill out the booking enquiry form with your details and preferred date. We’ll confirm availability and send payment instructions.
Q: When do I pay?
A: Full payment is required before your tour to secure your spot.
Q: What about the bond?
A: You can choose between a $40 non-refundable bond or a $3,000 hold on your credit card, which is released after the tour if there’s no damage.
Q: What if it rains?
A: We ride rain or shine unless conditions become unsafe. If we cancel, you can reschedule or get a refund.

Q: Is safety gear provided?
A: Yes, helmets and gloves are provided and must be worn at all times.
Q: What are the cancellation policy?
A: Free date change: You may change your tour date once, free of charge, at least 72 hours before your scheduled tour.
Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund, excluding credit card fees.
Cancellations within 48-72hours of your tour 50% refund of total amount, as we allocate resources and hold your spot.
No-shows or late arrivals will be considered a cancellation with no refund.
All refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 30 days for the transaction to reflect in your account, depending on your ban
