FAQ
Yes, all drivers must have a valid license (learner, provisional, or full) and present it on the day of the tour. We’ll sight your license and take a copy for our records before you ride. Passengers don’t need a license unless they want to drive.
Drivers need to be 16 or older. Passengers must be at least 5 and fit safely in the gear. Kids under 16 must be with a parent or guardian.
Closed shoes and clothes you don’t mind getting dirty. Sunglasses and sunscreen are recommended. Helmets and gloves are provided.
Full payment is required before your tour to secure your spot.
You can choose between a $40 non-refundable bond or a $3,000 hold on your credit card, which is released after the tour if there’s no damage.
We ride rain or shine unless conditions become unsafe. If we cancel, you can reschedule or get a refund.

Yes, safety gears are provided and must be worn at all times.
Guest Cancellations
More than 48 hours before tour: Full refund or free date change (subject to
availability).
Less than 48 hours before tour / No-show: 100% cancellation fee applies; no
refund.
Operator Cancellations
Off Road Expedition Fiji reserves the right to cancel or postpone tours due to bad
weather, safety concerns, mechanical issues, or operational requirements.
If the operator cancels, guests may choose a full refund or reschedule at no
extra cost.
Third-Party Bookings
Cancellation terms may differ for bookings made through OTAs, hotels, or travel
agents. Please refer to their policies if booked through a third party.
Refunds
Refunds can take 10–20 working days depending on the payment method.
Refunds will be made to the original form of payment.
We highly recommend you have medical or travel insurance covering adventure activities for your own protection
